Despite practicing sun protection throughout her life and having regular skin checks as an adult, Grace was blindsided when she noticed unusual bruising and an enlarged lymph node which led to a stage 4 melanoma diagnosis at the age of 33.
As a health professional, Grace understood the gravity of her situation all too well. As a mum of 2 young boys, she knew the journey ahead was daunting and marked with uncertainty.
